BA Philosophy and Psychology

Doctoral Student of Clinical Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine

Licensed Massage Therapist

An outdoors woman at heart, Gabrielle studied Integrative Physiology and Psychology at CU Boulder. At the time, she was over-drinking, academically overwhelmed, codependent as hell, and rather sedentary. She started cleaning a yoga studio in exchange for membership. The yoga alleviated her mental discomfort and unhealthy habits and the physical benefits were a welcomed side-effect.

Since then, she’s studied Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Buddha Dharma, Iyengar, and Bikram. In 2021, she attended Maui Academy of Healing Arts and now works as an LMT. Her style combines deep tissue, lomi lomi, sports massage, and craniosacral therapy. She’s a current third-year Doctoral student of Clinical Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She intends to offer those modalities downstream. As a lifelong student, she’s grateful to find herself in rooms with excellent teachers, mentors, and masters. Her life path is blessed by the braid of nature’s wisdom, Eastern philosophy, and the body’s innate capacity to heal itself.

Her classes are intentional, personalized, and educational. They come with optional hands-on assists (but a nonoptional goofy-ass anatomy nerd). The opportunity to share what she’s learned is a blessing and she would love to have you in class.
