Luciné is a dedicated yoga instructor with a passion for helping people cultivate self-love through movement and discovering a sense of flow within. She believes in guiding students to get out of their heads and into their bodies, fostering a connection that promotes both physical and mental well-being.

​

With 525 hours of training and over 5 years of consistent teaching experience, Luciné has taught in studios across the U.S. and worldwide within the hotel/retreat space. Her diverse training includes traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar teachings, Yin yoga, and creative and methodical Vinyasa sequencing. Each of her classes is thoughtfully designed to help students feel good in their bodies by integrating strength, flexibility, and mobility to achieve a deeper sense of peace in both the mind & body.

Luciné emphasizes the importance of mobility training and injury prevention, supporting joints and minor muscle groups alongside larger ones. Her meticulously crafted flows aim to strengthen, open, and guide the body toward longevity and freedom of movement.  Luciné's overall goal is to help you feel at home in your body whether you're a seasoned or brand new practitioner.
